Food. Drink. Arts. Crafts.

As an independent community-run arts and culture festival, we are looking for delicious street food, mobile bars and handmade crafts, from art and jewellery to artisan food products.

We are particularly keen to hear from local businesses based in Somerset, or businesses that have a store or branch in Minehead, so please get in touch to discuss trading at the festival.

At this time, we are not looking for fish and chips traders, fairground rides or inflatable play equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

In prevous years, around 5000 people attended the Minehead Bay Festival across the course of the day. We expect this number to increase next year as the festival grows.

Set up and take down for the festival is all done in one day! The festival site is accessible from 7 am on the day of the festival. We regret that we cannot allow traders to set up the day before, or any earlier than 7 am.

We do not provide power or water to traders or contractors. All traders must be fully self-sufficient, whether this be via gas, generators, solar-power or other alternative methods of generating electricity. We are particularly keen to speak to vendors who use renewable and sustainable energy, and we are proud to say our stage is solar-powered!

In 2025, we had a total of 30 pitches available. As the festival site and attendance grows each year, we will release additional pitches. Pitches for 2026 are now open.

Prices for pitches in 2026 can be found in our Traders’ Information Pack using the button at the top of this page.
