Traders Application Form 2026

If you’d like to apply to trade at the Minehead Bay Festival on 29th August 2026, please complete the below application form.

Please ensure you have read the trader’s information pack and are happy with the terms and conditions. We will be releasing the traders application pack for 2026 soon.

Please note: We are not looking for applications from traders that sell fish and chip, inflatable play equipment or fairground rides.

If the form submission fails, your image may be HEIC (common on iPhones). Please upload a JPG/PNG or screenshot the image and upload the screenshot.

Food Hygiene Rating*
All traders must be self-sufficient and be able to provide their own power. Please confirm you have your own arrangements for power supply, such as gas canisters, generators, solar-powered equipment, etc.*
Will you be erecting your own marquee/gazebo, or using a mobile unit?*

There are three pitch locations to choose from. Please review the site plan which you can download here and select from the options below.

Area A – Main Stage – What size pitch do you require? Please note, bar pitches are sold out.
Area B – Skating Zone – What size pitch do you require? Please note, bar pitches are sold out.
Area D – Circus Green – What size pitch do you require? Please note, bar pitches are sold out.
